A Short Guitar Rendition..

Back with another video although am not that enthusiastic about this one... Well, I learnt this song on my own too, chords of my choice. I wanna learn tabs and play Lead for all the songs, not just strum along. I guess I will have to wait for Eldon to come back from his vacation.
 I personally don’t consider myself much of a “guitarist” or “musician”… it’s just that I love music so much ..The mechanics behind guitar techniques, or  the music theory is beyond my comprehension … I just like to play.

The Best of Both Worlds...??

Lately am being so paranoid... of losing my identity..
I am paranoid that am losing time... Theres so much to do and so little time!!24hours is just not enough a day!!
When I look at books I wanna read them all... When I read those books, I wanna practice my french... When am learning french, I wanna strum my guitar, when I strum my guitar, I wanna blog... when I blog ,I wanna watch latest movies... when I watch TV, I wanna go out and see the world,... The "wanna-list" is just never ending... Its left me biting my nails, am a nervous wreck..
Although I've been busy it seems like am doin nothin!!!Am paranoid that am gonna lose out on the best of things... I wanna do it all, know it all,see it all.....Sometimes the hunger can be so overbearing.Am distressed that my hard work will go unappreciated and overlooked..
I just dont wanna be a stereotype indian wife only doing the cooking and cleaning.... I wanna explore the world, learn more, see more... I wake up several times a night just to remember a novel to read or a song to learn, or just to remember that I haven't plucked my eye-brows in 2 months..!..I feel so outdated , i dont know which is the latest movie in theatres now!!I cant even  remember the last movie I watched....
 Am I cracking up finally??

Another video , but this one am proud of coz I learnt it on my own.without the pick too!Considering am working now and havent had a chance to touch my guitar for over a month now.

 Nothing comes easy, broken and chipped nails is the price I pay to strum my guitar! This is the sacrifice am glad to make though...

I find Hindi songs are much difficult to learn on guitar coz I have been tryin 2 Hindi songs and just cant get them right! Next video will be a Hindi song hopefully

Days go by,and lifes changing day by day minute by minute..But only thing that doesn't change is  the people around me who I can count on..I have been thinking of writing about 2 most important people in my life (after my mother ofcourse).Its only fair that I write few words about them when these two remarkable people have showered my blog with wonderful comments, been so encouraging and supportive.No matter what crap I write I have always had these two commenting and encouraging me to write. They are the reason why this blog is what it is today.The credit would go to Capt Ajay Rao and Putta. The two most important people in my life.

I named my guitar SOPRANO and you can see the sticker on my guitar which was custom-made in my last trip to India..I wanna add some bling to my guitar soon..

PANDORA----------> cause everytime I open it havoc is released on the world.

HERMIONE--------->Also inspired by Harry Potter character / Greek name derived from the name of the god Hermes.

Neither can I....!Time definitely flies...As I write this, my present is becoming past, second after second....The Present is a point just passed!Time only seems to matter when its running out... MY FIRST MUSIC VIDEO EVER.....!

Finally the day has come where my talent (ahem!)would be unleashed to the world... Am not much of a singer although i like to hum along my favourite tunes and also am a music buff.. I've always been shy to sing in front of an audience or even sing along in an antakshari with friends...So this is a break-through for me... Singing and playing my guitar..

FISH PEDICURE....!

Every busy person in stressful Singapore needs a place to relax themselves besides the comfort of home. In search of a convenient place to relax and abandon all stress, we need to relax and have a good laugh after a hard day's work using the simplest and cheapest way available.I had been contemplating on Fish pedicure for quite sometime now... Today was the day when I put my thoughts into actions!My hubby and I finally visited a fish farm to pamper ourselves ..Fabulous experience being "eaten" by the fish, and not to forget the 'affordable' price!



The fish nibbles away the dead skin leaving the feet soft and smooth!The fish consumes the affected and dead areas of skin.Scary in the beginning as all the fish swarmed at ,my feet like
like how an army would charge on the enemy in a war!Thousands of fish all over my feet!!!


Does it hurt?No. Since the fish don't have teeth, they can not puncture the skin, and because of that there is no pain. But, it does tickle quite a bit, but it's not uncomfortable just a tingling sensation!
A must try!

THE GIRLS DAY OUT.....

Hi,

First of all my anniversary pics am not there in many pics!!!! considering my love for pictures..a pure case of NARCISSISM!the photographer forgot it was MY DAY!!!! And am still fuming about it!
Anyway yesterday Manju left to India and i had a girls day out with my (best) friend(a filipino) .We went to IT show, saw all gadgets, ate all kinda food , got free massages,in massage chair, feet massage, eye massage(all free ) Then we got ourselves EAR-CANDLED!!!!
Ya they burn a candle in ear and that removes all impurities and toxins out of the ears! In office people call me deaf,which i am(left ear partially).Now i can hear even a pin drop!!!!!! CRYSTAL CLEAR!It worked wonders..
Anyway ear-candling takes about 15 min for both ears and then they show u how much toxins ooze out!!! Its a YUCKY scene but it fascinated me!Am not posting those pics..! AM definitely gonna do this monthly!! And only $12!! We even got hand parrafin done...It takes away the dead skin from hands and moisturises it!! WOW wat a great time we gals had...
ANd it gets even better,... We were window shopping (We walked for 5 hours up and down the suntec mall!! 5 HOURS!!)Thats when i saw the CURLERS~!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so so sooooooo bored of my hair style..Never had anythin else but the straight hair(mind you its natural!!! )I've always wanted to try something different,a make-over was what i needed! I had to buy it...
Am a CHRONIC SHOPOHOLIC . I SEE, I BUY ,I BUY MORE...... aNYWAY SO IGOT THIS LADY TO CURL MY HAIR AND WOW......i loved it!finally i can look different... I did buy it after some speculation... $150!! SO WhaT???? Carmi says as long as it makes you happy do the craziest silliest and wackiest thing!!! So i bought it!! Been saving some monety to buy some electronic gadgets for my bro! Hey sorry bro.. but i got some more dough stashed up somewhere just for you:)a SECRET FUND
