Detox baths (Home Spa)– My healing secrets revealed! – PART 22

LEMON BATH - Skin whitening, anti- cellulite , exfoliating

Lemons - 2 - $1
Soak Time: 20- 30 MIN
(once IN a week)
My Rating : ★★★★✩

Baths means much more than a simple cleansing to me. When it comes to bathing, getting clean needn’t always be the only objective. It Is a satisfying and beneficial ritual. With the right additives, bathing can take on a number of other purposes! Be it for beauty, to de-stress or just spiritual reasons.

Lemon baths are especially refreshing and can be down-right addictive. Lemon bath is supposed be good for energy, and toning the skin and for cellulite. Not only does this cool the skin, it tightens the pores and leaves me feeling all tingly!

Lemon has properties that lighten the skin tone. If you're constantly doing this lemon bath, it could seriously change your overall appearance and lighten the skin tone! I recently started theses baths so will post my review after a couple of months depending on how it works on me.

YET, after a hard day of work, what could be better than coming home and taking a warm detoxing bath? A lemon bath does exactly that. The actual benefits of the bath are:

Warming up and relaxing the muscles.
Lemon pulls harmful toxins out of the body through the skin.
Uplifting spirits through the scent of the bath.
Evens body’s skin tone and makes skin fairer as lemon contains citric acid which is a bleaching agent.

That’s right, this bath will improve mental health, physical health, and it will make the skin even and beautiful. Lemon is very good for oily, dull skin!
How to take the Lemon bath:
Fill the bathtub with warm water.
Slice 2 lemons and place in water.
Allow the lemons to soak in the water for 2 min.
                Get in, and ENJOY!

Visualize all the bad energy and toxins leaving your body through the skin, into the lemons to be purified and let back in the water for your body to re-use. Enjoy this time with yourself and be thankful that there are natural ways to feel beautiful!

But don't just take my word for it, try it for yourself!

(A word of caution : you may feel burning sensation but thats normal.. yet dont go overboard with the number of lemons in bath...)

My Rating : ★★★★

How about an exotic bath for 2 dollars? Yes pickle yourself In a hot exotic bath for just $2!

I have developed a bathing culture, and also believe that the contents of the bath can have strong physiological effects.

For centuries, Japanese Geisha have used rice wine and sake to exfoliate and illuminate the skin. So when I read about it, I just had to try!

Rice Bath provides a unique sensory experience. This delicate bath is a purifying technique that detoxifies and softens the skin while promoting healing. This is because Rice wine contains enzymes that naturally smooth and hydrate the skin

How to have Rice Wine bath:

Fill your bathtub with warm water, then add the bottle of Rice wine to the water. Then slip right in and enjoy. Bath foams slightly and feels exquisitely soft over the body. The soak possesses healing properties that promote blood circulation and increases body temperature, which induces a detoxifying sweat. It improves blood circulation, promotes metabolism, moisturizes the skin, and warms the body, Rice wine is rich in kojic acid and it helps the anti-aging and reduce sun spots. enzymes in rice wine have a moisturizing effect

It is invigorating and a pleasurable experience. A long soak in Rice wine bath relieves muscle tension and stress.

See how spirits can, well, lift your spirit?? That being said, why not stop by the store today and pick yourself up a small bottle? You may find yourself hooked on the stuff! Just remember to not go overboard!
